Real live Soccer action played by Autonomous Intelligent Robots on any surface. From two Robots on a small bedroom floor to full teams in a school gym with Goals over 20ft apart.
The look, style, sex & size (about 12 inches tall) of the Robot Players can range from a Human form to a more Robotic type. Maybe 10 different models, all in several different colors. This will encourage collections & creation of complete Teams. There is no real limit to the number of Robot Players that can play in any match, since all Robots are based on this same universal technology. This also means that there is no limit to the number of additional Robots that can be sold.
The Ball, Players & Goals will also have visible LED's for great looking action even in the dark. The Robots do NOT require any complex moving parts design, only basic motivation, controlled by four motorized rollers in each Player's base. This will allow the Robot Players to rotate & move in any direction. A stick-on decal set will allow personalization for Player Numbers.
Just as real Soccer Players, the Robots will go after the Ball, try to control the Ball & head for their Goal to score. The IR LED transmitters & Receivers in the Players, Ball & Goals provide the guidence that give the Robots all the intelligence needed to make them act like real competitive players. Just turn them ON, roll in the ball & the action begins. A simple Radio pulse will be sent to all the Players, by the goals to stop them, when a point is scored. All the Players can then be restarted for the next point with a tap on a Goal, when the ball is placed for new action.
Once the Feature Movie is released, picture kids bringing their favorite Robots to school for matches. Accessories like Robot carrying cases will also be offered. A spin-off product Toy line with this same technology would be a Robot dog & cat that would chase the ball around.
